Marking it the 13th edition of the RORC Caribbean 600. A MUST do offshore event, cruising over 11 Caribbean islands. An epic route, stretching the crew and craft's limits. The Royal Ocean Racing Club’s classic 600-miler delivers magnificent winter racing in the Caribbean, with fast angles, ocean swell and tropical temperatures.
Starting off in Fort Charlotte, Antigua on Monday 21 February. With nearly 80 entries racing under the @ircrating Rule, MOCRA and @assoclass40 division, 600 sailors from 30 different nations, Caribbean 600 is set to be a formidable event.
Undoubtedly a bucket-list offshore event, the race course rounds 11 Caribbean islands, testing the mettle of both crew and craft. The Royal Ocean Racing Club’s classic 600-miler delivers superb winter racing in the Caribbean, with fast angles, ocean swell and tropical temperatures.
The competition is certainly set to be super intense with so many applicants, we hope this is a good sign for RORC's up and coming events later in the year. The Caribbean atmosphere will definitely be an absolutely soul moving sight for all offshore sailors.
We wish all the competitors the best of luck and most importantly, that they enjoy those views!
